Please email our team at [email protected] if there are any issues with your delivery and we will handle all package claims on your behalf, this includes packages covered by Route Package Protection. 

For orders that have Route Package Protection, missing package claims will be issued a replacement order. 

No refunds are issued for missing or lost packages.
