Route Protect is a package protection helps cover you in the event your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Route Package Protection can be added for a small fee during checkout. 

Please email our team at [email protected] as soon as possible if there are any issues with your delivery and we will handle all package claims on your behalf, this includes packages covered by Route Package Protection. 

For orders that have Route Package Protection, missing package claims will be issued a replacement order. 

No refunds are issued for missing or lost packages.
