Your order may come in multiple shipments. If you purchased multiple items and only received part of your order, please verify the items listed on your packing slip (included in the package). If some of your items are not listed on the packing slip, they are likely still in transit from a separate location. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the next package to arrive. 

You will be notified and refunded for any product that is not fullifillable in your order.
